The Affiliate program is designed for people who have websites related to essential oils/health who want to promote Terra Cotta Pendants in exchange for a commission on any orders placed when someone comes through that affiliate link. Note: You do not have to become an affiliate to order at Wholesale prices. The two are unrelated.

When you create an Affiliate account, you will make up a username and password. These are used to access your affiliate stats. But when you place an order for Terra Cotta Pendants you will need to create an account for ordering when you reach the Checkout. Don’t try to use your affiliate username and password at Checkout. They are two separate things. :-)

Here’s how it works:

  • You receive 15% commission on orders that come through your link. The 15% applies to the product only, not the shipping and handling. Important Note: the commission is applied to the discounted amount (the amount the customer pays us) and not the pre-discounted amount which will show in your account. At present, there is a glitch in our system and it wants to apply the commission to the PRE-discounted amount. I will correct this before pay-out.
  • Yes, you receive this commission on your orders. BUT if the majority of orders coming from your link are your orders, we will have to terminate our agreement with you. The Affiliate program was not set up as a referral program. You need to refer
  • There are different logins for your Affiliate program and for yourself as a Customer. When you are shopping, clear your cookies and come to the site via your affiliate link for your order to be credited. Create a customer profile at the Checkout for your first order and use this when shopping in the future.
  • You need to have the affiliate link or banner on your website somewhere. If there is no link on your site, we will have to assume you are not in the program anymore and terminate our agreement. Contact us after you have put the link up so we can confirm this point.
  • You can put a banner or link in an email, but be sure you are complying with the point before this one as well.
  • Payments are made when commission reaches $15.00 and are paid out early in the following month.
  • We make payment via PayPal.
  • If you are a part of our former affiliate program and have a credit on file, it won’t show on this new program, but I still have it on file and can send it to you via PayPal once your total commission reaches $15.00. Please remind me about this if it applies to you.
  • If an order comes through your link and is refunded (don’t worry – this nearly NEVER happens ), we will reverse the commission.
  • You must list all domains that use your Affiliate link in your affiliate profile.
  • Your website must not in any way copy, resemble or mirror the look and feel of our website. (Except for the banners, of course
  • You must not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links on your website. Also, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating.)
  • You are not required to be on the Special Contacts List, but people on this list learn of new pendants and specials – things you can promote next to your link! Sign up here and pick up the Free Report at the same time!
